StyleWatch: This Week in Summer Fun

Summer may be winding down **sob** but the summer style is still strong! With blockbuster season coming to a close and network premiers gearing up, the ladies are giving us inspiration both on the red carpet and during well-deserved R&R.

She may not be an A-Lister, but Luciana Barrosa proved she could work a red carpet with the best of them at the California premiere for Elysium.

Donning a one-shouldered sheath in (my absolute favorite color) royal blue, the mother of four sparkled alongside her beaming hubby Matt Damon (who is ageless at 42, I might add). Elysium hits theaters August 9th.

For all those wondering where in the world is Ugly Betty, America Ferrera was found lunching in West Hollywood.

With minimal makeup and maximum confidence, Ferrera unabashedly rocked her casual chic as she headed to what was likely a business engagement (why else would you sport not one, but two bags!). While she has kept a low profile America is currently working on Chavez with Rosario Dawson, as well as lending her voice to How to Train Your Dragon 2.

And finally, Nicole Richie continues her R&R tour with a little bit of shopping therapy in the city!

Nicole was spotted at Manhattan hot spot Curve no doubt grabbing a few accessories to personalize her outfits (Richie is known to regularly rock her House of Harlow line out and about). Showing off her toned tummy in a crop top, (disappointingly) weather-appropriate leather tights and minimal makeup, Richie was the picture of cool. She topped off her outfit with what appears to be her new favorite loafers (as she was spotted with them all over France last month).

What have been some of your favorite summer looks? Any plans to close out the summer with a bang? Let us all know (so we can crash your party)!
